Hello, there are no special contracts for the self-employed. Conventional contracts, indicating all the essential conditions and agreements of the parties.
When concluding an agreement with a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, just in case, indicate that you are self-employed and the legal entity (IP) is not a tax agent.
You will contribute income to the application by legal entity (IP) indicating the TIN.
