What is the commercial license of GTK or QT?

Even I can't figure out the licenses, which of the listed libraries can be used in commerce for free?

Both libraries listed are free, which by definition means that they can be used commercially without asking anyone for additional permissions. Observing the terms of their licenses, of course, namely the GNU Lesser GPLv2.1+ - in both cases (for now, Qt will soon be updated to the third).
