Good afternoon everyone, the question is about the pinout of the fan, it is connected via a COM cable - but I did not find the pinout anywhere. I know that there are 3 cables inside, respectively + - and control. Please help)

It is not "COM". The connector is called D-SUB, specifically with nine pins - DE-9. Using it for fans is a completely non-standard solution, you will not find a pinout, because there is no standard one.
I'm also not sure if a 54 volt fan will work for you.
