There is a task to make an online store with a mega simple admin panel, and the ability to manage from a tablet. Most likely, none of the CMS is suitable for this, all the same, they are all very tricky, whatever one may say. Perhaps there is a service with a monthly payment, where all this is implemented as simply as possible.
There are no special requirements for the functionality, let it be the most standard one. BUT, it is necessary to be able to manage via a tablet (a special application or an adaptive layout of the admin panel).
The person who will administer the IT is far from the computer, so everything should be simple.
There are good foreign services www.shopify.com and www.squarespace.com but they do not work with Russia
I would be grateful for help in the search.

I am for Opencart as always. But I have not seen an adaptive admin template, although it takes 1-2 days to make it slowly.
