There is a task - with the least amount of money to make it possible to upload files to a USB flash drive via wifi.

As an option, TP-Link MR3020 or WR703N, but their price differs minimally from the device you mentioned. You can also search flea markets or plug a USB flash drive into your computer and share it :)
