The thing is, I make a backup copy myself (since free hosting does not provide such an option) and recently I ran into a problem: when downloading site files (a site on worpdress) from hosting to a computer (and vice versa), there is a problem with images (the file is attached) Can you explain what is causing this and how to fix it.

how many threads?
just if all files are downloaded (uploaded) at the same time (in parallel), then the server will shut down
try to reduce the number of threads (connections)
