What is the bug with the blot brush, why is the size off?

Why, when choosing the size of the brush-blot, say - 3pt and pressing the CTRL + Z keys, the current size is reset to another, I don’t know which one, but somewhere around 10-15 pixels. We go into the brush settings, see the set 3pt , click OK, but the size is not applied. To change it, you need to set any other value. Even if you change 3pt to 2pt in the settings, then back to 3pt and click OK, this will not help either. Is this the normal behavior of the chandelier, is there a known bug / glitch or is there any solution to this problem?

I solved the problem by creating a new document, and copying the old one there)))))
