You need to take the case to another room. KVM extenders are expensive. it is necessary to ensure the work of 2xHDMI, 2xVGA, 10xUSB. I did not find such KVMs, but the approximate ones in terms of characteristics cost more than $1000.
The second difficulty is that you need to lay the wires so that they are not visible from the outside, and holes in the walls are not an option. At the moment, there are already two UTP cables laid. I think how you can get by with just these cables.
Is it possible to do so? Buy some small KVM extenders. Connect the input part of KVMov to one router or something else, there is also one already laid UTP cable. In another room, put another router and connect the output parts of KVMs there.
Is it possible to implement this using router routing and how? Or are there other options?

usb / vga over utp cable will not pass through. usb is more than 2-3 meters without an active repeater, even directly (without losses on switching to UTB) will not work normally, and VGA will lose a lot of quality.
Long HDMIs can also lose.
It will be much cheaper and more reliable to make holes in the wall. Buy and extend the corrugation, cover with cement and close with beautiful plugs. All this in total will be cheaper and most importantly more reliable.

You can take a KVM control unit, these are sold. Perhaps without USB, but with USB we will decide separately.
There are various remote modes of operation with machines, ranging from RemoteFX from MS which will normally drag you the display of video games, USB forwarding. In order to give specific advice, you need to initially understand the task, why do you need all this. There is a motherboard with remote access, the so-called Q-series chipsets.

1) For 1 passive usb 2.0 extension cable, one twisted pair for 8 wires is suitable. I can write a wiring diagram if you're interested. Length - up to 12 meters on a copper cable.
2) One twisted pair goes to the hdmi over tcp\ip transmitter. I put Dr.HD EX 100 LIR, it works in category 5, you can make 1 transmitter - several receivers. On dynamic pictures and large diagonals, a deterioration in quality is visible.
3) It is better to convert VGA to hdmi and use the item above.
And best of all, leave HDMI as is. take only the minihdmi cable, stretch them out 4 pieces (2 for hdmi, 2 for vga). Stretch 2 twists for 2 usb hubs with 5 ports.
