What is the black bar on the preview of frequently visited sites in Chrome?

These bands have already gone through several updates. True, on some sites they are not. The width is different. What is it, how to remove it?

It was the same. Reinstalling chrome helped, but other bugs appeared (if you make it the default browser, it does not link links), but this problem is solvable.
