What is the best way to use React for Wordpress admin?

I'm recently learning React and realized that complex forms can be done in it much easier than in vanilla jQuery + HTML.
Hence the question: if I need to write some complex dynamic forms for a WP plugin (these forms will only be displayed in the admin), would it be a good solution to use React for this?
If you have experience - which components are better to use - Bootstrap 4 or Material UI? It would be nice to hear the opinion of the React development gurus on this issue.

If you feel the power and need to write a react plugin admin panel, then it makes sense to do so. I won’t tell you the methodology, but you need to understand that VP is not suitable for this. It will be necessary to puzzle over how to splice one with the other. This is guaranteed to be possible.
It should also be kept in mind that the vast majority of developers under vp have not even heard of git. React in a plugin might shock them. If you are engaged in a full cycle, and you will provide support yourself, then you can do anything. But, if you make a plugin to order or work in a team that supports this plugin, then you should think hard. Firstly, the customer or senior colleagues may be against it. Secondly, vp and custom, it's about different things. Vp is taken for the cheapness of developers, and a developer on react can cost more than the entire project on vp. But it’s definitely worth asking, your practice is worth a lot.
