What is the best way to use Destroy?

Hey Ya.
What is the point, there is an "open world", that is, a long session, there are objects such as unique machines that DO NOT POINT to put into the pool, and they must be destroyed after the explosion.
Once again, do not offer pool managers.
As usual, destroying an object via Destroy(gameObject);
Question: is there something more efficient? Maybe someone studied or did something like a manager that, according to a smart algorithm, destroys objects during an active session.
We are talking about "medium and heavy" objects.

You may not destroy them at all. We ran out of HP, turned on the death animation and after it turned off the object visually. We sent the data that the object was turned off and after a while the manager turned it on again.
