C#. Building SSO on SAML 2. Integration with IdP on Shibboleth. Is it possible to create SP using WIF?

The task is to raise Singe Sign-On on the ASP.NET portal using SAML (profiles - SP-initiated SSO and SP-initiated SLO). The IdP is Shibolleth. Is it possible to implement an SP to integrate with Shibolleth using macrosoft's WIF, or should I look towards other solutions? If others, which ones?
Any information on configuring SSO between Shibolleth and the ASP.NET portal would also be helpful.
