What is the best way to track the opening of the second instance of the page?

Good day everyone!
In his CRM / ERP system, working with the client through the browser, he implemented a model in which the user must give his answer to the action from the server through the client. And there are some problems when the user opened multiple pages/tabs with the page.
I understand that full synchronization of actions on all pages will solve this problem, but it is resource-intensive.
It is also possible, for example, when opening a page to generate a unique key, by which during the connection check it will be determined which of the pages is outdated.
The question is, is there any solution that is recognized as the best for this task, or does everyone create their own bike?

If there are problems with multiple tabs, then this is the wrong application architecture.
If you still need it, you can use webworkers.
In short: requests for all tabs will go through the same file.
