You cut out cards with the size of a pack of cigarettes, for the beginning there are 10 pieces.
On one side of the card you write a question, and on the other side you write an answer. So on all the cards, it can be anything, some command, theorem, formula, etc.
You put it in your pocket and go for a smoke break or for a walk, take out the cards and read the question, try to remember, if you couldn’t turn it over, look at the answer and remember it again, and so on until it sticks in your memory.
