What is the best way to store videos on Android in an app?
Good day!
It is necessary to develop an application a la "Personal Trainer", where the user can create a profile locally, create a training program (you need to display a cardview with a video). The user can add videos to the video sequence (a certain order or playback queue).
Hence the question - how best to implement video storage in the application?
So far, I'm leaning towards Youtube (Youtube Data API v3) so as not to clog the storage. But what if the user needs offline access? After all, the YouTube API does not officially support downloading videos. Or is it still worth storing the video locally? How would you implement such an application?
Thank you in advance for your replies and help!

If I know correctly, then he will have to upload the video to his phone in order to have access to the video 24/7 even without the Internet.
