The question arose of determining the e-mail distribution on the project.
E-mail mailings do not mean mass periodic mailings (although they are possible), but informational letters after certain user actions.
Requirements:
- Ukraine;
- reliability (no hits in spam);
- volume up to 100,000 letters per month.
Question. What is the best way to organize on your own or use an external service?
Interested in real experience.

"Informational emails after some user action" are called transactional emails. No need to organize such things on your own, in the long run you will get only one problem.
You need a complete SMTP service. I recommend Mandrill by Mailchimp. Very good service and great prices. There will be no issues with deliverability. You can also take a look at SendGrid and Postmark .

It depends little on the service. From user behavior, properly configured DNS records and, in fact, from the content of letters.
Services - mailgun, sendgrid. There are no normal services in Ukraine (if any).
