What is the best way to send letters?

If I need to send 1 letter to 1000 addresses from my hosting every day, then if I send via smtp yandexa, will it be normal or are there better options?

Yandex.Mail is intended only for communication between living people . This is their policy .
It has daily sending limits: https://yandex.com/support/mail/spam/sending-limits.xml
(they differ between Yandex.Mail and Yandex.Mail for a domain).
And for mailing lists, services specializing in this are provided:
https://mailgun.com/
https://sendgrid.com/
mailchimp.com
https://aws.amazon.com/ru/ses/
https://pechkin-mail. ru/
(and others)
All of them are relatively inexpensive. Some of them have a free threshold, but it's usually around 10,000 emails per month.
