An exception occurred while installing Oracle

[BasicStep.handleNonIgnorableError:510]  ORA-00838: Specified value of MEMORY_TARGET is too small, needs to be at least 416M

Oracle 12.2.0.1 installs on CentOS 7 under an Oracle VM with 1024 Mgb Memory.
What is the best way to solve this problem? Add 500 Mb to a virtual machine - an option?
