What is the best way to remove dried up thermal paste?

Hey!
There is a laptop Sony PCG 71211V. The thermal paste has not been changed for about 10 years. To disconnect the cooling system I had to warm it up with a hair dryer. Thermal paste is incredibly hard. Stone. I'm not even sure if it's thermal paste. It looks like a sticker that melts when heated. Tried with 96% alcohol. Doesn't take. I will be grateful for your help!5d4ec7dfc642f150886867.jpeg

I didn’t scrape the 10-year-old paste myself) But + - 5-year-old yes - I picked it with a bamboo toothpick and isopropyl alcohol - everything was scraped off gradually.

Cleans up well with isopropyl alcohol. On kraynyak - you can use acetone or nail polish remover.
