Both participants must be in the frame. The main focus is on picture quality. Without additional hardware and cleverly combined software. I recorded Skype (regular free), but the image quality is terrible.

OBS, bandicam - classic. You set the main picture quality higher, and the program will record everything that is on the screen.

The simplest option is to record the same conversation on any camera from both sides. Does everyone have a phone with them? Both sound and picture will be much better.
