What is the best way to organize the import of a variable product in WooCommerce?

Hello! The following problem arose, and the longer I think about it, the more terrible it seems to me) In general, the situation is this, we get a CSV file with goods at the input, faf884fb5db44fc7be9237132bdfe70c.pngand the same product is indicated several times depending on its options (color, size, cup) .
At first I thought about how to link all the rows in the first column, even through the same Excel, but then it turns out to be a mess of all the attributes. And so it turns out that black is only 2 C, and gray is 5B and 2C, and burgundy is 5 sizes only with a cup of B and the second ABC
Previously, everything was somehow simple: there is a product, there are its options through a separator and everyone was happy. Now I'm specifically hung up on how to add all this. That is, most likely it is necessary to do some transformations with the original CSV file, right?
I'll try to google from scratch how to add items to the store with clothes and sizes. Maybe there is a super cool plugin for idiots. Although there is hardly anything better than Wp All Import.
In general, I really hope for your help.

You still have a "good" price list, it's not a problem to download it. Right now I am doing the recognition of variations in names, when the name, for example, indicates the color and / or size.
If the download is still relevant, please contact us.
Its loader works through API v3.

I’ll also add my question to the heap :)
is there a solution for variable import of goods, if the goods in the import file are presented in one line, and the options for selection are in one cell separated by a separator, a comma, for example. Like "column - color", content "red, black, white"?
it's just that if there were a few products, then splitting the products would not be so scary manually, but I have about 7 thousand of them and each split into a different number of lines, it's hell :)
