Building the theme locally with gulp and sass.
As far as I know, you can’t make a multisite on a local server, so you will probably have to create a theme as for a regular site, and then, when transferring to a hosting, implement the necessary multisite functions, but there are several problems here:
Let’s say I did everything locally, transferred it to the hosting but I can’t use sass on hosting anymore) -> I add some multisite function to the template, and it will need to be visually designed. What to do? Adding styles to normal css is not an option, after all. Transferring to local hosting and registering there will not work either, because. multisite is not configured there.
