The task is to collect logs on a single Syslog server with subsequent attachment to Zabbix.
The problem is that the Syslog server is behind the gateway and the Syslog server defines everything as a single ip address.
Perhaps somehow you can set up logging on Mikrotik or conversion to others.

You can use prefixes in logging. For example, indicate what kind of tick it is.
Further, on the basis of this, rake the logs.
