What is the best way to organize a portal with a bunch of subdomains on Django?

I'm going to build a portal like justconnect.ru on DJANGO.
It is planned to make 50 regions and 50 subdomains, respectively. The content on these sites will be different, there will be different news, different providers, different address databases, and so on.
What is the best way to do it, stupidly copy the sources to different subdomains and administer them there, or, can you make 1 site, connect subdomains and steer all content from one interface?
I'm still just learning Python and Django, I will be glad to receive your advice and practical help for a reward.
