What is the best way to organize a mailing list, through Bitrix or a third-party service like Unisender, and why?

Do specialized services have something I don't know about? More emails reach the target? Emails don't end up in spam? Why do most of our partners mail out to customers through third-party services, and not through 1C-Bitrix, in which they have both the database and the order history of the same customers?

Well, there are good statistics. There are good email templates, good subscriber management. All you need is to receive an email from the client and write only the text. The system does the rest for you.
In Bitrix, you have to create a template yourself or not, it is difficult to subscribe a user to a newsletter, it is difficult to unsubscribe. The statistics of letters do not shine. Tembolee, they only have something in the new versions with the mailing list. Previously, there was just a mailing without statistics and buns

The thing is that third-party services like Unisender, in addition to the mailing itself, will give you statistics.
You will not bother with single-pixel images, inserting unique files into html emails and tracking whether they have downloaded or not, in order to understand whether the user actually received the email in the mail client or not?
A specialized service will be able to send several thousand letters very quickly. Regular hosting will most likely shut you up as a potential spammer.
A specialized service will tell you which emails are rotten and should simply be removed from the database. I don't think you want to manually parse scams from different email services in order to do it yourself.
And then, what's stopping you from pulling your addresses into the mailing service? Normal services have an API, the same mailchimp or unisender can do it.
There is only one drawback - you have to pay for it :) Everything else is a must have.
