How to remove the ability to edit custom fields in Bitrix24?

Hello.
There was a need to display the result of the work of the component for tracking the status of the parcel in the order card in the edition of the online store + CRM.
One of the most important conditions is that there are no implementations in system templates (copying to local is not suitable) and support for updates remains.
One of the options is to create a custom field, and output the component's work in this field. This is a great option, because all the conditions of the customer are met and it is possible to move the field around the widgets (drag & drop).
The problem is that the field is displayed with the value "Not filled".

And when you click on it, the result of the GetPublicEdit method is displayed.

The question is how to make the result of the GetPublicView method immediately displayed AND disable editing this field?
