What is the best way to organize a database?
Guys tell me please. I have a database project for a project, I would like to take into account possible changes with a subsequent minimal change.
To do this, I try to abstract away from explicit concepts of the type (News, Reviews, etc.), which is determined by the type, but I would like to better influence the records by defining any custom attribute variations (For example, specify something additional for the record).
The graph shows a complete picture, where tables are highlighted in red, which, I don’t know how to organize and optimally use in the future.

In my opinion, you are building an EAV model, but you don’t know that it has already been invented :)
