What is the best way to make games for a beginner?

I'm going to make a game on Android in the style of an economic simulator (Tycoon in general)
I can't decide whether to make a game on a light but less functional Construct 2 or on a complex (for me) and multifunctional Unity

Pay attention to Game Maker Studio, Corona SDK, Cocos2D-x. Better of course Unity, it is more functional. And if you decide to stay on it, then there will be more opportunities in the future.

The main thing is to start doing. In my opinion, this is the main problem. Make a prototype on something very simple (to throw in an idea, see how the gameplay works, form a further vision, and most importantly - it was not a pity to throw it away), and then look towards popular solutions: Unity, Godot.
Cons of Godot - you have to learn your language. Yes, it's simple, but still.

The question already contains part of the answer. To develop something simple Unity can be too much. More precisely, it takes too long to study it for a simple one. Therefore, Unity can be used specifically for this task, but for smaller tasks, you need to look for something easier

Believe me, the easiest thing to do now is on the Godot engine
.. I tried all the engines myself: UE, Unity, Armory3D is also not bad, but so far it's damp for development, since there are no more detailed lessons. Many points are not clear.
