Hello, you need to create an online store for Russia and the USA on WordPress with woocommerce, the site will not only differ in manually translated texts, but also phone numbers at the top, and possibly banners, how best to implement this? Translation plugins or other plugins (which ones?) or create a multisite? Or maybe there is another way? What do you advise? Thank you.

A simple option is to use a bunch of Wordpress + Woocommerce + WPML (multi-language).
Another option is to create a multisite on VP + Woocommerce + woocommerce multistore
As for me, the first option is easier and better...
