What are the alternatives for Jquery plugins in and Vue?

Started learning Vue. So far, I don’t understand what analogue they provide to a million Jquery plugins. For react, I found a site with a bunch of components for the web and React Native. But for Vue.js, this is not the case. And it seems to me that using Jqueury plugins is not very good, because they change the DOM stupidly, without any Virtual Dom.
