And then it starts ... Because even seemingly simple things like this or this one are very hemorrhoids to do exactly as they were drawn. So for a layout designer, a frame-by-frame scheme drawn on paper with the dimensions of the elements marked down may be more than enough. As far as I've seen, designers start with it anyway.
