What is the best way to learn how to animate in After Effects?

I would like to animate my layout, showing design solutions.
Which sites have the best tutorials?
How difficult is all of this? Which of you with After Effects on "you"? What can you say?
Thanks everyone!

(I speak from the position of a person who then implements all these "solutions"): if you do something in After Effects, you will immediately have to tell the customer / boss that in real layout it will be slightly different from the one drawn. And then it starts ... Because even seemingly simple things like this or this one are very hemorrhoids to do exactly as they were drawn. So for a layout designer, a frame-by-frame scheme drawn on paper with the dimensions of the elements marked down may be more than enough. As far as I've seen, designers start with it anyway.

After Effect worked like this. I downloaded ready-made videos and remade them for myself. An easy and reliable way to learn.

In my opinion, many things in animation are easier to do in Adobe Animate.
If you don't need some super effects.
Personally, I work with Animate+AE.
