What is the best way to keep a resume on HH?

Actually, the question is, what would be the best way to keep a resume, for example, on the hh website:
1) All in one:
call something "developer" and indicate all technologies and PLs in skills and work experience: Java, JS, Spring, Angular, Php
Or:
2) All in different:
- "Java programmer"
- "Php programmer"
- "Frontend." etc.
Then in each one you already indicate the skills associated specifically with a particular area. And work experience can be transferred to technology to write to everyone?

When it was necessary to find a permanent job, I created a resume with the title "Web developer", and the resume describes everything I can, portfolio and links to profiles are attached.

The current specialization can be singled out separately and described in more detail (or the position that you are specifically looking for). Yes, it makes sense to write about overlapping experiences in everyone.

It is better to provide links to github and stackoverflow profiles. The rest is all bullshit. And in what form this letter is written does not matter much, especially for a junior.
