What is the best way to implement DRM for video on a website?

The task is to prevent the download and distribution of videos from the site (everything is written in PHP with 0), how to prevent downloading is more or less clear to everyone (generating a unique link to the file for the session), but I don’t know how to protect the video itself from further distribution.
It is possible to rewrite the backend for nodejs (if this affects something).
And how do I understand this issue is all decay? For a person can record the screen itself and this cannot be bypassed. Is there any point in DRM then, maybe it's better to make a dynamic watermark on the video in order to know who leaked it to the same torrents?

Proceeding from this, that is, from the fact that you have not even figured out the basic principles, what depends on what (well, it does not depend on the programming language) - you should not do this.
Especially from scratch.
Just use ready - made platforms for DRM .
