What is the best way to implement curly elements on the site?

I found a Figma layout on the Internet and started looking at how and what I would implement, and immediately ran into random curly elements, and I don’t understand how to implement them.

I noticed that each section has them. I think that they can be put as the background of each section, but some of them also have an illustration. I ask experts to help as it is possible to make all this.

I give a link to the layout and not a png file to make it easier for you to see: https://www.figma.com/file/6fHJLVYrmRXIWTx57Ri1tG/...

I think it's worth combining the elements into one SVG and hooking it as a background
