What is the best way to implement C# proxy on Windows?
I want to make a proxy server from a computer, but this computer does not have a white static ip-address. I will do it in C#. I had two implementation options in my head:
1. Install 3proxy, and write a progrumulin that will tap on a special server, keep the ports working so that you can connect through this server. And route packets to 3proxy
2. Do everything in C#, without using 3proxy, but also using an auxiliary server
