What is the best way to implement a Wordpress site or statics?

Good afternoon! Now I have entered the layout of the site with the following content. Repair of smartphones and any equipment. The site should have many phone models (about 500), search the site, and in the future, adding models should be simple and easy to implement. I'm not strong in WP, tell me if it's worth putting such a site on it or is it better to cut my admin panel (I've only seen Drupal so far)? How is the implementation of the search? I found a solution for editing pages as simple as Textolite - the customer liked it. And now, when making layout, what is the best way to proceed. What is from JS solutions?

CMS for sure.
If integration is difficult, Modx + Minishop2 is fine

You definitely do not need to cut your admin panel.

The admin panel that the customer liked is designed for landing pages and changing text/images. And for something, searching, adding content, etc. is normal. you need an admin.
