Are there examples of sites on pure html, css and js, without cms and other constructors?

It's a working site. How many I look, some kind of cms or framework is used everywhere. If there are such examples, please share them.

The question doesn't make sense.
HTML, CSS and JS are the frontend (what the browser works with).
CMS and constructors - backend (what the server works with).
Any CMS involves a bunch of code in HTML, CSS and JS on top of the server engine.
CMS simply allows you not to invent data storage, authorization, common services such as a blog, shop and other personal accounts from scratch. And take a ready-made solution and adapt it to your task.

As many as you like: examples
Depending on what you mean by the concept of a worker) You can do without a CMS if the site is about a specific product or service. Otherwise, use CMS to get rid of manual page generation.

If you follow the letter of the question - yes, there are quite normal with a node on the back.
If it was "unmanaged" sites that were meant, a bare front - also dofiga, a billion landing pages and a staff page, well, or 3 static pages of a microfirm - the main page, price list, contacts ...

Hands will never reach to make everything beautiful.
In principle, my friends did not need similar interactive, but a business card is needed with a minimum of support
