What is the best way to implement a redirect in this case?

There are 2 options - the first is a 301 redirect, or recreate a copy of the page and send it to a new domain via window.location. The second method is very long, it takes about 5-6 seconds after the redirect passes. The whole situation is that I need to display the site for search engines. As I understand it, due to 301 redirects, no search engine will process the site. How to proceed in this case?
