What is the best way to implement a program with a very large number of different buttons?

There is a task: to implement an application (both for Android and for iOS, so I will use React Native) that, on clicking a button, opens a link corresponding to it on the WebView. It sounds simple, but the main problem is that there are about 150 of these links and the buttons should also be divided into categories and subcategories, which are also quite a few. Should I not create a bunch of activities and fragments, as in the example from the screenshots below?
