What is the best way to implement a database in MySQL?
In the database (MySQL) it is necessary to store data on the progress of students, my idea is to create for each group its own journal (table) that will be stored in the database for as long as necessary, if necessary, for example, archived and deleted after graduation. The teacher says that this option does not roll, because while working with the system, new tables will be created, which is incorrect in itself, the database will be cluttered up, and so on. Please help with possible solutions, the teacher did not offer an alternative, but ruined the idea. As for me, if everything is shoved into one table created at the stage of system installation, these are thousands of rows for processing which will take a lot of time, memory, even if everything is indexed. Perhaps it is worth setting up some views or something else. I have never dealt with highload projects.
