What is the best way to illuminate a small star with LEDs?
There is (will be) a small star on a wooden stick, about 30-35 cm in diameter.
It is required to organize the illumination of the circuit with LEDs, powered by batteries (accumulators).
It needs to burn for literally 20-30 minutes.
Since I am a complete zero in the technical side, I ask for help in choosing the best solution.

Take a plastic pipe, place 8 batteries in it (type R14, but type AA is also possible, it will last for 3-4 hours), always with springs around the edges. And then everything is simple - a button (or switch) and an LED strip (preferably sealed if it is used on the street - they are not afraid of snowfall or falling into a snowdrift). If you need colors, then GRB-LED strip and a simple controller.
PS If my hands are sharpened for something else, I can do it myself (I have experience ), you have a star.
You can buy an LED strip and fix it on some kind of base (plywood for example) in the shape of a star. They usually eat simply from a 12 V source (there may be options).
You can - make a star from plexiglass, illuminate from the end with an LED - the star will glow around the edges
