What is the best way to host applications?

Hello! :)
There is a droplet on digitalOcean. The wheelbarrow is deployed on ubuntu. There is an application that runs on tomcat on port 8081. There is also a second application, a kind of Landing page that runs on nodejs on port 8080. You need to make sure that the application on the node runs on the mysite.com domain, and the application on the tomcat runs subdomain porlat.mysite.com. Is it right to run both applications on the same droplet, or is it better to buy another one for landing? or is everything all right and then the question is, is it possible to do it the way I want (one application on mysite.com, and the second on portal.mysite.com) and all on one wheelbarrow?
