What is the best way to display the required banner from the infoblock in the component template?

Hello.

On my main page, sections with pictures are displayed through section: list, the last element in the wrapper should be a banner, which is created in a separate info block (just an advertising banner).

What is the best way to organize its output in a component template? As I understand it, using getList is the wrong solution.

in result_modifier load the data you need, and save it in arResult, output in template
