How to run the Bitrix script from the console?

I'm trying to run a script from the console. Bitrix script.
I rummaged through a bunch of sites with tips on running a script from the console. Did as it says there. As a result, the script itself began to work for me, but data is not taken from GetList. Those. arResult is generally empty. Those. not just numRows = 0, but it doesn't exist at all.
I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
