What is the best way to deal with education in this case?
I'm graduating from college, the teaching there is disgusting.
Mathematics is interesting, there is a good skill of self-education, I know programming well.
I repeated the school course, I read analytic geometry + linear algebra and go well.
I learned about the ShAD, interesting topics are taught there, two options appeared:
1) Pass the USE and enter a university that is good for advanced study of mathematics, and after or on time try to enter the shad.
2) Download books, master some mathematical sections and try to enter the shad in a year.
What is better to choose? Is it really possible to improve your knowledge in a year (there are not so many books at first glance)?

In general, option 1 is more suitable for you. But regarding the ShAD, you need to clarify what kind of particular good university it is. Good for ShAD - this means a specific one from 5, maximum 10 universities.
You can exclude independent admission after college right away, and not because you theoretically cannot prepare yourself (for example, in 2% of the case, someone can), but because this is a college. Yes, you yourself write that a disgusting education.
I don’t advise you to navigate the exam, because tasks in it are simple and according to a fairly narrow program. Of course, if the tasks are difficult, you need to reconsider your relationship with mathematics.
