Mikrotik

What is the best way to control Mikrotik equipment remotely?

Good afternoon!!!!
Tell me about the correct solution to the problem:
1. There is a Windows server 2008 server on VDS with a white address
2. There are about 200 Mikrotik routers remote with gray addresses
Task:
Build a monitoring and access network for this entire park, namely so that you can log in through the server on all Mikrotik and all access points behind them (internal point control network).
As I understand it: we deploy a pptp server and connect clients to it, + the Dude monitoring system.
Tell me, is this a good implementation of this task or is there a better and more reliable solution?
Thanks! I will be very glad to your answers, friends!

Your solution is good, from the finished one, look at this https://habrahabr.ru/company/selectel/blog/196620/
I also advise you to use the RoMon protocol, and the central router (the one that is now on Windows) is also on Mikrotik, and already behind it any backend, this will give more freedom and options for settings.

Despite the fact that PPTP was hacked as far back as 2012 ?
