What is the best way to connect a Russian online store to accept payments from buyers from abroad?

Given:
Online and offline trade in the territory of the Russian Federation (online store and salons), legal entity LLC.
Task:
Expansion of the sales territory - distance selling outside the Russian Federation. Buyers from Europe, the USA, possibly Asia and the CIS countries.
Question:
1. What is more profitable and more convenient to use? The chef offers Paypal, but there are too many murky moments, for example, with checks and in which currency to accept payments. I saw that Yandex.Checkout can also accept payments from abroad. Its plus is that the client pays in local currency and is more and more transparent and understandable.
2. How are things going with the OFD? It is not entirely clear if with Yandex, then checks need to be sent, then with PayPal - No?!
3. Can Russian payers use Paypal?

@anton99zel

1) tinkoff bank (only open accepting cards from all countries on request) + paypal in rubles
2) always check checks regardless of how you paid
3) no, transfers between users within the Russian Federation no longer work from August, only a buyer with a paypal account from another country (or without registration at all for a number of countries)

turn on the checkout
Palka is also buzzing, but in the same place - I already forgot that it’s impossible - to accept foreign fischlits, it seems
OFD is not a problem https://vc.ru/trade/59887-kak-magazinam-rabotat-s-...
