What is the best way to compose titles in terms of SEO optimization - to prescribe manually for each page? or compose automatically using a template?

The Russian-language site has a catalog of objects (pages of objects with description text, address, etc.).
Now there is a choice for compiling Tiles:
- either to prescribe a title for each page manually (in this case, title texts for pages of different objects can be compiled taking into account the possible features of the pages of specific objects - for example, in the title, duplicate the name of the object in Cyrillic, if the object initially has name in Latin; conjugate all words in the necessary cases, and not just listing the parameters of the object in the nominative case).
- either all titles for the pages of all objects are automatically compiled using a template and variables (in this case, there is a significant time saving, since in this case you do not need to spend time on manual compilation of titles; but with automatic compilation of titles - titles for pages of all objects will be template, there is a risk of missing some important additions about the object that could be entered into the title when compiling the title manually).

In fact, a lot depends on what site we are talking about:
- if it is an online store with 250 categories and 50,000 positions, then it makes no sense to write headers (and meta tags) for products manually - firstly, it will take you a large (very) amount of time, and secondly, it simply makes no sense, since specific products most likely will not be included in the search index (this happens very rarely and only in certain niches, for example, in electronics, where a visitor often looks for a specific product) , and category pages will get there, and for them it is better, of course, to write the titles (and meta tags) manually
- if this is a corporate site with 10-50 pages - it's definitely better for all pages to fill in the headers (and meta tags) manually - since, firstly, you will do it better than any automation, and secondly, usually, this faster than writing some algorithm that will do it for you

For a voluminous site, it is better to generate automatically according to a pre-compiled template for your semantic core (also artificial in theory).
