What is the best way to collect statistics on software installations?

Can you please tell me if there is any ready-made solution for collecting statistics on installations? Well, that is, users install some of our software, and we get statistics: when, what kind of software and product version.
Or if there are no ready-made solutions in this regard, then how best to implement your own?

Check out aida64 , it provides very detailed information about the machine, and as far as I remember, the installed software too.
