What is the best way to close the indexing of a wordpress site for a while?

Through robots.txt?
User-agent: *
Disallow: /
Will there be problems with indexing later?

habrahabr.ru/company/google/blog/113024 - give search bots 503 by User agent in accordance with Google's recommendations of the same.
You can google UA lists - devaka.ru/articles/list-of-search-bots www.myrobotstxt.ru/page/spisok-osnovnyh-paukov www.tengy.ru/bot.html (devaka has a relatively up-to-date list at first glance) .

In the wordpress itself in the admin panel, it is possible to ask the search engines not to index the site. Settings -> Reading

Yeah, I recently closed "for a while" ( myfirepukan.blogspot.ru/2015/04/blog-post.html ) a week later, only the search ate that the site was closed, a month later I could only open it and then there were problems with indexing for 3 months ...
